Had a great experience with this company. They called to make appt for our bi- annual check of our heat and air units. ... They gave an approximate time window and Michael called and was able to come earlier than the estimated time, which was great with us. He went right to work. He was clean and friendly and respected our property. He checked and tuned up our units and showed and informed us of a burned couple of wires and gave us the cost for the additional repair. They care more about the money in their pockets. I worked with these people and was let go because I wouldn't sell... people stuff they didn't need. Beware of the 4 man company. My advice would be go to a company that is more established and has been around you'll get better deals and customer service with honesty and integrityread more

My tech arrived early and was extremely thorough and helpful. My AC was frozen solid and the tech waited for basically... an hour to defrost it and wait for it to thaw to give me a proper diagnosis. I thought I needed just a cleanout but my coil was shot and had a freon leak. He explained the costs and that I'd likely need a new system. Not the news you wanted to hear a day after Thanksgiving and with Christmas approaching. He only charged me for a service call despite it taking a long, long time. Very professional. He explained everything as he worked on the unit and seemed to enjoy answering my questions. At no point did he talk down to me as if I wouldn't understand, but instead associated what he was explaining to something I would be familiar with in my daily life. Best repair experience ever!
