We have a home owner maintenance insurance, with the issue with air conditioning we called the insurance company & they... sent a tech., tech. conclusion was to replace the board and also gas line is cracked and leaking, will not be covered by insurance. We were not pleased, insurance sent another tech. from another company and his recommendations were different, seems they were not well qualified.We decided to call D&T contractor services, as we had previously used them for fixing couple of ice machines and air conditioning unit at our business and were very pleased with them.. This time D&T owner Tony Alicea and his manager Al came together and spent almost hour & half, thoroughly checked the unit and the gas lines, nothing was wrong with gas lines. They presented various options. We decided to go with the installation of new unit since our unit was more than 10 years old. Installation was done professionally , moved the old equipment and left the place spic & span. Oh Ya! The price was cheaper than other places.Next time, hope we won't need them, but if needed , without hesitation we will call D&T. We highly recommend themread more

Had a great experience with this company. They called to make appt for our bi- annual check of our heat and air units. ... They gave an approximate time window and Michael called and was able to come earlier than the estimated time, which was great with us. He went right to work. He was clean and friendly and respected our property. He checked and tuned up our units and showed and informed us of a burned couple of wires and gave us the cost for the additional repair. They came right over and gave a very professional assessment of what needed to be done. I feel very confident hiring... them. They care more about the money in their pockets. I worked with these people and was let go because I wouldn't sell... people stuff they didn't need. Beware of the 4 man company. My advice would be go to a company that is more established and has been around you'll get better deals and customer service with honesty and integrityread more

My tech arrived early and was extremely thorough and helpful. My AC was frozen solid and the tech waited for basically... an hour to defrost it and wait for it to thaw to give me a proper diagnosis. I thought I needed just a cleanout but my coil was shot and had a freon leak. He explained the costs and that I'd likely need a new system. Not the news you wanted to hear a day after Thanksgiving and with Christmas approaching. He only charged me for a service call despite it taking a long, long time. Very professional. Highly recommend.read more

D&T Air Conditioning and Heating is phenomenal!! Evening service at no extra charge. Punctual and professional. The... technician, Jeremy, was awesome. He explained everything as he worked on the unit and seemed to enjoy answering my questions. At no point did he talk down to me as if I wouldn't understand, but instead associated what he was explaining to something I would be familiar with in my daily life. Best repair experience ever!
